It is a moment of great pleasure that on the occasion of century - Build Expo - 09 yhe XIIth Vaastu Fair , the Foundation Of Bareilly Architecture is organizing a seminar on ‘Energy Efficient Buildings’ Element Architects who are really devoted and working for the cause will be presenting their invaluable papers and works.

With the ever increasing dependence on Energy usage in buildings and fast depleting resources it is time to wake up to the challenge. Sincere efforts need to be taken up to save the environment and resources.

Though considerable work has been and is being done for quite some time in Metropolitan Cities it is time that the movement spreads to small cities like Bareilly, Moradabad , Meerut etc. We also have to put in our best to save the planet and what better way than to adopt and start with ‘Energy Efficient Building’ practices.

As it is rightly said ‘ Energy Saved is energy produced ’. I hope that the seminar stirs us to follow in their foot steps and accept today’s challenges to adopt appropriate Building Practices for a better tomorrow.
