President Message

Architecture as a profession provides shelters - a basin need of man. Architecture as a vocation goes deeper, it provides appropriate shelters that fit into the overall scheme of social, economic and environmental sustainability. In India, there has always been qualitative excellence in architecture: now it is time to bring about a revolution of quantitative excellence. Not only a few choosen, but every building, even the humblest one, should be appropriate and appealing. We, the architects of Bareilly have taken up just that mission with a renewed zeal.
To harness the tremendous potential of our combined strength, we, all the architects of Bareilly have united upon a non-political intellectual platform "Build Expo - 2014" by Foundation of Bareilly Architects, and we re-dedicate ourselves, pledging the application of all our acquired knowledge, know-how and experience, to service of the people with the singular target of developing Bareilly and the regions around as a Model Human Habitat. The task is to dovetail carefully designed optimum infrastructure into the pristine stretches of our emerald region.
The XIIIth Build Expo - 2014, organized on 14,15 & 16th November, is happening through a befitting confluence of ideas, minds, materials and methods. On this occasion, we gift the people of Bareilly and the regions around with the "NIRMAAN", a souvenir to inculcate the knowledge bank.
